Considering the legendary anesthetization of anonymity which characterizes the “brand DNA” of Maison Martin Marigiela, my assumption is that the now-iconic exposed white stitches which attach the blank, white labels to Margiela garments are actually indicators that the labels are to be removed from the garments upon acquisition.  So, the next time that you consider acquiring a Margiela garment, try considering what the value of that garment would be to you if there is no indication indication status recognition attached to the garment.
